
Another summer favorite that tastes great served warm or cool, this irresistible dessert combines Avalanche Swiss Granola and frozen blueberries and peaches. It’s simple to make and will surely be a hit with friends and family.
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen peaches
- 8 cups frozen blueberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons corn starch
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 3 bags of Avalanche Swiss Original Granola
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix together the peaches, blueberries, sugar, corn starch, salt, & cinnamon. You may need to let the fruit thaw for 5-10 minutes and stir until the remaining ingredients stick to the fruit.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Avalanche Swiss Original Granola, salt, coconut oil, and butter.
- Pour the fruit ingredients into a dish.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the top.
- Bake are 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until bubbling and the top starts to brown.
- Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes and then enjoy.
