Blueberry Peach Crisp

Another summer favorite that tastes great served warm or cool, this irresistible dessert combines Avalanche Swiss Granola and frozen blueberries and peaches. It’s simple to make and will surely be a hit with friends and family.


  • 4 cups frozen peaches
  • 8 cups frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons corn starch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • 3 bags of Avalanche Swiss Original Granola
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup butter, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peaches, blueberries, sugar, corn starch, salt, & cinnamon. You may need to let the fruit thaw for 5-10 minutes and stir until the remaining ingredients stick to the fruit.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Avalanche Swiss Original Granola, salt, coconut oil, and butter.
  4. Pour the fruit ingredients into a dish.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the top.
  6. Bake are 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until bubbling and the top starts to brown.
  7. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes and then enjoy.
