Apple Crisp

Our apple crisp recipe is perfect for this time of year with the fall season approaching! The mixture of Avalanche Swiss Original granola and brown sugar together is irresistible and not to mention super easy. This dessert is guaranteed to be a hit and definitely will not disappoint.


  • 6 apples
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons corn starch
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • 3 bags of Avalanche Swiss Original Granola
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • ½ cup butter, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel apples and cut them into small pieces
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the apples, sugar, corn starch, salt, & cinnamon. You may need to let the fruit thaw for 5-10 minutes and stir until the remaining ingredients stick to the fruit. 
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, Avalanche Swiss Original Granola, salt, coconut oil, and butter.
  5. Pour the fruit ingredients into a dish.
  6. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the top. 
  7. Bake are 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, or until bubbling and the top starts to brown.
  8. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes and then enjoy.
